Who the hell still goes to White Castle? How is it possible that White Castle is still in Business? If you want a real hamburger, you can get a great burger at Wendy's, Hardee's, Five Guys Burger & Fries, Max & Erma's or Thurman's! All White Castle's Hamburgers do is give you diarrhea & gas! If that guy weighs 290, diarrhea & gas are the last thing he need!

Not everyone looks like a super model. I am over weight and this ruling is good as it will change the culture so that people are more sensitive to those of us who needed larger size clothes and bigger seating areas.

As a thin person, how am I supposed to reach the table so I can eat? BMI=22.0. Buy two airplane seats, stop eating fast food, and lose some weight. I refuse to accommodate you because you're overweight. I will be more than happy to calculate your BMI.

Since when has obesity been listed under ADA? I need larger sized clothes and I don't think I need to sue someone because I have a hard time finding my size. Nobody OWES it to me. Real easy; if I cannot find my size clothes at a store I do not shop there anymore.

White Castle should counter sue him for placing heavy loads on the floor, causing structural damage.

Being an Engineer I was just thinking the same thing. What about the seat , was it designed to carry his load? think of those fat asses who buy the canvas and tubing chairs most say not to exceed 200 or 250 pounds yet I see Budda sitting in them at Fireworks and other events.

Those booths were designed so the would NOT be comfortable. Sit down, eat your food, and GO AWAY.

Now we can give this guy the possible benfit of the doubt by saying, "Hey, maybe he got a coffee and wanted to sit down to enjoy it" but my gut (I am 6' and 205) tells me that he got the burgers and soft drinks and was looking to put away another installment on his heart attack.

You cannot fit in the booth then time to get a salad and eat on a bench.

They put a lot of faith in the safety factor built into the designed load rating, that's for sure.

George Jefferson,

I had no idea you had that many videos about all fast food resturants. Your meaning of what KFC really means was funny, I'll have to tip my hand to you. But around here in Columbus a 10 piece bucket of chicken is $12.50 except on Sundays it's $10.00. Where did you see or buy it for $15.00 as you said in your video?
