I found a site put together by a woman named Claudia Palombo. She's got a bunch of recipes online, and has a cookbook for sale, too. Several of her antipasti recipes are unusual and delicious: stuffed mushrooms and artichoke bites, for example. The site is at http://flavorsandmemories.com
