The loss of income for a legitimate business is hardly "peaceful protest". These folks are out to destroy someone's livelihood. Just because physical violence does not take place does not mean harm hasn't been done.
The ar's are barking up the wrong tree. Lobbying their elected officials is the correct way to bring about the change they desire. Ruining someones business is just wrong.
