End of 'duckeasies' era

We were talking abouut this over the weekend. Is that much foie gras really eaten in Chicago?

I am glad that the ban is over and I don't have to burn Alderman Joe Moore in effigy anymore (something I've been meaning to do for 3 years but never got around to doing).
