Full story: Columbus Dispatch

The new quarters maintain much of the upscale look and feel of the former steakhouse.

The place has not been the same since the orginal family sold the business. Mr Salvi never would accept this in his restaurants.

I think this has beocme better since Hillard Days.

The Hillard days gave more mom-and-pop restaurant feel with no focus on ambience, service and consistent quality. However the new place in Dublin gives you an upscale feel, great ambience, amazing serice and consistent quality. I have been going there almost once or twice a week. I love this place and I am glad the new owners (whosoever it is) are running this in the right directin.

I used to love the Sunday Brunch. I didn't even know it moved.

I can bet the writer is either family of disgruntled employee or just is not sure what he is talking about. From my personal experience this place rocks. The quality and taste just seems to be getting better and better. You can find that out by the number of old time customers like us and many of our friends. We have been going to Salvis for decades and do not agree with any of the writers comments.

Mediocre wine list knocks grades down severely. JC praises so-so menus if the wines are to his liking. Even better if they are cheap.

You're entitled to your opinion, but not everyone shares it.

True enough. Would just expect more from a man with twin toddlers at home.
