LOL! Chips are salsa were the best part of the meal says a lot about how bad and overpriced the actual food was. I went there earlier this week and it was so hot indoors the person making the food was dripping sweat into my meal. Very gross and besides it looking inedible and the unsanitary condition I refused to pay and just left. If you want good quality fresh food try Taco Bell.

Food tastes great there. Yes it's hot, but give them a break, they Just opened Monday. Take ur asselol outside to eat if it's that bad. This is why nothing lasts in Rome, except pizzerias and fastracks

Get used to it. Berating people's opinion on Topix is what most of these people do best. It's the same attitude as communism, "think like me or I won't allow you to talk." I guess they've never heard of the US Constitution that guarantees freedom of speech and press.

Ate there last night and still feeling ill. My entire family fell ill after eating there and needed to visit the ER being diagnosed with food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Well you should blame the place that you ate 12-24 hours before you became ill. It takes at least 12 hours to feel symptoms of food poisoning. Most people blame the restaurant they just ate at and most of the time they got food poisoning at their own house the day before.

that is such a lie, you did not get food poisening from there. wow.

i have been there twice since it opened and the food was excellent. we tried the quesadilla and burritos and nachos. all was good, the nachos could use some work they have no taste whe eaten plain but the food there is good.

as for the people complaining about the prices, give me a break. the business in order to stay in business needs to make money not worry about feeding your cheap ass for free. 7-8 dollars for a sandwich is not bad at all. stop acting like they charged you 20 dollars for a burrito.

please also stop comparing the place to taco bell. 1) taco bell meat comes precooked in a bag. 2) its fast food.

if you only can afford to eat from a dollar menu then dont try the new resturants that come into town. and fact on your dollar menu food at taco bell, mcdonalds, bk... it is the worst thing for you that you could EVER eat. if you dont believe me, google it. thats why its a dollar, half the shit is not even real meat.

my ONLY complaint about mex grill is they need to add some things to the menu, it is kind of small.

Got seriously ill tonight after eating there. The emergency room said that I was not the first person being seen there for food poisoning and that I should consider hiring a lawyer. I have an appointment Tuesday.

@Food Poisoning, You might want to also consider seeking legal counsel about the nasty food being served here.

Thats not necessarily true. Its more of an idea created by bosses and corporate lawyers. Depending on the germs you ingest, how fast a metabolism you have, and how empty your stomach was at the time of comsumption, you could feel ill within an hour of eating tainted or infected food. Hey you owners of this place need to stop posting lies on here. You opened a restaruant in Rome NY. We all know the kitchen is dirty and not up to health dept standards and you pay your employees minimum wage and you save food and reheat it for the next day. Get bent crook pieces

I'm not an owner I work as a HACCP coordinator and have a degree in food saftey and microbiology. I'm sure you know more on the subject than I do though. I would love to compare credentials know it all.

You should be reported for falsifying your degree workings because according to the National Library of Medicine, symptoms show up within 2-6 hours and if you research specific Food poisonings further, under serious complications, death can occur within the times you posted if you contract severe forms of illness.

You are obviously not as smart as you claim since you obviously would like people to die instead of getting help to live and survive food poisoning. I hope no one ever listens to your false academic advice.
