Macado's full of Spanky's nostalgia
I could name almost a dozen people I know who used to wait tables there during college, supplying their friends with free drinks and discounted food in exchange for big tips.

It's known as the gay bar in downtown. I'm sure when The Park reopens, it will give Macadoos a run for their money. I wrote a review recently on Yelp on our experience there. Basically, the food is generous portions and decent for a sandwich place. It was the staff I had issues with. It comes with an attitude. The staff seems to congregate in 1 area for social time. When it's time to either take your order or deliver your food they want it known they are going out of their way for you. If we are to go back, I don't think we will sit at the bar again.

Too bad it's 2014 and nothing hasn't seemed to change either. Service without a smile and they act like your putting them out.
