The Cattle Drive Steakhouse is here! The entire downtown Paris area was filled with the heavenly aroma of charbroiled beef as every seat in the house was filled with curious steak lovers.

Went last night not impressed, good waitress just slow cooks and not that good of a steak. Got medium and came out charbroiled with the outside burned

This should satisfy you steak lovers:

Wednesday night special:

Applewood BBQ Bull Rods and Testicles
Orchids (edible) with a honey-sweetened creamed dipping sauce
Jellyfish Slivers in White Soy Marinade
Dessert: Strawberry pastry cups filled with Junebug sprinkles
Beverage: Chon and Kopi Luwak coffees, made from coffee beans that have passed through the digestive tract of small mammals

Yea, thanks....you can have mine.

I must admit that when looking at the menu, I find the pricing a bit high for the area overall. I've payed more for good food, but I doubt that Paris will draw a consistent crowd on a regular basis at the pricing they list.

Eeeuuww,
You can most definitely have ALL of that.
I'll stick with the Choctaw Casino Ribeye Steaks. Actually, ordered 2 today. Mmmmmm goooood ! That's the best around here & the hamburgers.

We had a fillet with a lobster tail and it was excellent. The restaurant looks like you are somewhere other than Paris.

Me and my friends ordered chickenfried steaks and chopped steaks. They were great. The chickenfry is really big and tender. The choppedsteak looked and smelled awesome.

Hahahahaha,
If you could only see through your computer monitor. LOL.
By the way, the dinners were for five people. The steaks are so large we cut them in half & half the side orders are also generous. And the best part, they always comp all our dinners.

Paris is a good place for a steakhouse. There's more heifers running around here than you can shake a stick at.

I ate there the other night. Kitchen still learning the new menu I guess, so wait for food was longer than I think it will be once they get used to it. The food was cooked EXACTLY as ordered and had great flavor. Steak was larger than I anticipated and was nice and tender. I didn't find the prices out of line at all.

Just an opinion of course, but if you go to BRAND new restaurant on any weekend night, much less when there's a band playing and 200 people show up at the same time, you're BOUND to have a long wait! It is what it is people! If you go on a normal night when people are filtering in at different times, then it's not that bad. As for pricing, how many people drive out of town to eat at a good steakhouse? You'll pay the same amount there and then you also have gas on top of that! Yes, the service was slow, but that's to be expected. We will be back!
