IF IT'S MAKING YOU HUNGRY ALL THE TIME, I'D JUST STOP IT CAUSE YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY NOT GONNA LOSE ANYMORE IF YOU'RE CONSTANTLY CRAVING A MEAL.

Thak you for answering my question ,well , i'm taking the EXCAT pill, i used it all the first month , and when i went back to buy some more , they didn't have any , but after 2 days they called me so i went n bought the same thing. I only take one pill a day after my dinner , n food in the DR , is not good at all lol,(i'm used to the food of my country wich has nothing to do with the food here,n i find that realy weird cause we r on the same island , i live next to a restaurant, but i know a place they make crazy sushi)...But the thing is that , i been drinking soup since i came back from Haiti because i had to do a routh-canal , n they are not done because i have to go to class ... Anyway , i don't know ,i'm gonna try to stop taking it for a while , but i know i'm gonna gain all the weight again :(

Chinita.. I live in Miami as well.... I drank the pills for 30 days which is what comes in a box and lost 17 lbs within those days...anyways I went back to get more and they ran out where I got it.... I looked at the links you provided and it's kind of contridicting because one of the ingredients is to lower high blood pressure yet it says people with Highblood pressure should not be taking it, but it does sound good as far as burning fat "which is what we all want" and lowering high bllod pressure. I just started today and so far what I am experiencing is a little more hyper than normal since I am a hyper person and that I am going to Pee every 30 to 44 minutes no lie. I am also taking the casule and I bought in the oriental place where the Kmart is at in Hialeah. Good luck to us all.

I started taking it today, according to what I have research it is supposed to make you less hungry not kill your hunger, but it is still recomened to eat, for your body to go have a HOMEOSTASIS ( balance in your system ) YOU HAVE TO EAT!!!!
If you are eating in small portions and the side effects percist decrease the dosage. EX. from 1 package a day to 1 every other day. If side effects worsen STOP TAKING IT COMPLETELLY and see a DOCTOR.
My wife took it daily over a month and lost 22 pounds.

i dont know where you went but if you go to lucky oriental mart I think they still have the capsules. its on bird road and around 82 ave

This tea really worked for me... I luv it! I lost 13 pounds in jus 7 days. The only side effects I had was the bitter taste and dry mouth. But you can fix that with a piece of gum or candy. This is good especially for people that don't use the bathroom normaly. I will continue taken it nd I'll keep posting!=.)
