Ok,we've all seen some useless posts, but some are very helpful. I've been on the 3 day fit(same as 2 day) for 9 days and lost 6 lbs. I started at 198 & am 192 now. I was hoping for more since that is probably water weight. I'd be happy to lose another 6 this week. My side effects are extremely dry mouth, insomnia if I don't take it before 8am, but the worst is bad constipation. I had to not take the pill yesterday and take milk of magnesia which did the trick (I recommend to anyone with the same problem). However, on the bright side, it gives me energy to work out and completely supresses my appetite. My skins looks really good as well from drinking all of the water. Tip: I bought these electrolyte strips that melt in your mouth from gnc that give you what a bottle of gatorade does without the sugars and carbs. It will help when you can't swallow a freakin gallon of water for some reason.

So, here's a poll, plse answer all questions:

-Beginning Weight:
-Current Weight:
-Time it took to lose this weight:
-Time on Pill:
-Bad Side Effects:
-Good Side Effects:
-Times a week you excercise:
-How many meals a day do you eat:
-Any Tips that make daily life on the diet easier:
-Description of your pill and look/consistency of inside powder:

Lets help inform each other!

5. I have been constipated and I always feel like I have something stuck in my throat, but will go away after I eat, or drink a lot of water.
6. Not eating as much, don't think about food all the time. Encourages me to eat healthier, and even work out, which i never did before.
7. 1 normal meal, if i am lucky. Other wise I have 2 small snacks during the day, healthy ones.
8. I use to eat out of bordom, and now I just chew gum instead or eat strawberries or grapes. but when I eat, i just get full fast. And I just drink lots of water. that replaces the repatative movement of my hand eating while at the computer.
9. I know i have the real deal. It is a dark brownish/red color. as for the stuff insdie, no clue, can't see it. I bought it off line from a whole seller for $22 for s/h for a 30 day supply.

hey can someone answer my question, I have the pill that came in a box and instead of a bottle. Does that mean anything as far as fake or real??? Please let me know because I had no success and do not want to purchase another one if they are all FAKE.

I'm no expert Yoli, but have done as much research as possible and am pretty sure it has to come in a bottle, inside a box. I would try to get it from a place where you know a person has had success or find an asian market where they are willing to give you your money back if you find they are fake. From what I undersand the real ones have an ivory, powdery substance inside (looks like sand). Unfortunately, I don't think anyone knows whats real or fake. Good luck.

4. 2 1/2 months (still have a lot to go!)
5. dry mouth, irregularity
6. energy, suppressed appetite, ability to control eating because I don't think about food
7. I walk with my dog once or twice a day
8. usually 3: fat free yogurt for breakfast, fruit for lunch, normal dinner.
9. drink water for the dry mouth, try to be patient...the weight is coming off.
10. dark burgundy color, inside is light cream colored powder. No odor, no taste. Boxes have been exactly the same even though they came from 2 different sellers.
One more thing: I posted a week or so that my friend bought the pills from the same place as me and they did not work for her. No appetite change. My best guess is that they work for some (maybe most people) but not for everyone.

Thanks for posting this set of questions. Hopefully others will reply and help others make decisions.

Hello Everyone:

Well, I've been trying to collect as much data as possible to figure out how to work this diet pill. Thank you all for responding, it has really helped. I don't feel well today whatsoever. I have now been on the pill for 10 days and have lost 8 lbs. As I stated before my pill has the ivory colored sand inside. It supresses my appetite completely, but also makes me extremely dehydrated and constipated. The milk of magnesia helped relieve constipation, but I realized made the dehydration even worse. I'm convinced I also figured out why some people have experienced irregular heart beats, pain in legs or muscles, headaches etc. The dehydration (or diuretics in the pill) cause low potassium which will give you the symptoms I just listed amongst many others. Too little or too much potassium could give you a heart attack. What is needed to stay on these pills is a slow release potassium pill (you can only get this through a prescription). But this should be monitered by a doctor b/c too much is dangerous as well. I've also come to the conclusion that most of these pills out here work to some degree, but the better one to have is the one that does not constipate you, b/c if you have to add a laxative you will definitely pull all of the water and potassium out of your body. Also, the pill that constipates you cannot be pulling fat out as it claims b/c you would then have a looser bowel movement, rather than constipation. Also, just for anyone who doesn't know, you don't lose weight because of your bowel movements (which is why we see results on both the constipated and regular BM users), you lose weight when your body has already burned through its food source and begins to use the fat in your body for energy. As it converts this fat into energy your fat cells decrease in size, making you smaller. So all of that being said, I have to find a way to make myself feel normal again, and then find a legit place to get the pills that make you have regular bm's. Keep you posted.

Hi Mariposa: Can you tell me where you got your pills in DC? I have a friend who lives there and has gotten fakes, can you tell mw the exact store/address or did you getthem online? Really appreciate it.

Curlsdc: are you sure that you're dehydrated? I have dry mouth, but the pill doesn't act as a diuretic for me. If that was the case, I'd be urinating a lot more, right? It sounds like you and I have exactly the same pill. Ivory powder, no odor, suppresses appetite completely, but I only have a BM once every 2 or 3 days. In the past I had one every single day like clockwork.

If potassium is what we need to supplement the effects of this pill, what about an off-the-shelf multivitamin combined with some fruits and veg that are high in potassium? I haven't been taking any vitamins or any other supplements, but you are getting me to think about it.

Hi curlsdc,

I got them out in loudoun county, va off of old ox road. It might not be an area that is convenient for your friend to get to but the address is:
Asian Market
23520 Overland Drive
Sterling, VA
It is off of route 606/Old Ox Road in Sterling. The development it is in is called the Dulles 606 Retail Center.

I'm sure they have asian markets in dc though...she might want to try them (if she has not already).

Hi Lucy's Mom: I am very sure I'm dehydrated. The first 7 days I was extremely thirsty, but did not feel dehydrated. I do urinate a lot. Yesterday was terrible, I woke up feeling better, but not completely back to normal. I eat very healthy and have fruits, veggies etc, but with the way this pill is pulling water out of my body (and seems the same w/others on the site) I know we are losing a lot of our potassium. I'm going to speak to the dr. about it and I'll let you know. Just a side note, I've been drinking G2 since yesterday from the makers of gatorade (helps with electrolytes, but doesn't have all of the sugars, calories and carbs of regular gatorade). Also, all of our bodies are different and react differently, but Mariposa made a good point, if it is supposed to eliminate fat, we shouldn't be constipated. And honestly, how long can we continue on something that constipates us? It's not normal. My friend is going to an asian market today to do some investigating. I told her to see if any stores give samples, money back guarentees, and told her to check color of pill...I'm beginning to think darker is correct. This is all a bit frustrating, but I have never lost 8 lbs in 10 days without starving! I really could use the help of the real pill!

Hi Mariposa: Thank you for taking the time out to give me this info, I really appreciate it. My friend bought my pills in an asian market in DC, but they are fake. She is going back today with someone who used the pills to see if she could track down real ones. I'm going to find out how far she is from your store. Did your friend whoo took them have regular BM as well?

yeah...my friend had regular bm too...and if she ate anything with alot of fat then it became pretty urgent!

When I took the one I bought from Suncoast, I could eat anything and I was still constipated. On this one, I made the mistake of getting a toasted bagel with butter the first day on it and I was in the bathroom an hour later. This makes it easier for me to stick to making healthier food choices.

WOW. No doubt, there seems to be quite a difference in pills. I've been assuming that my pills from Suncoast just worked differently on me than they do on others. I didn't complain because it takes away my appetite, and that's always been the main thing. I am making much healthier choices, but haven't eliminated fatty foods altogether, and I still have the constipation. I live in the DC area, so I'll be standing by to find out about the pill evaluation today. I'll need to get another supply soon!

Hi Lucys mom. I am the friend of curlsdc that went on the search today. We have what we believe may be the real ones (finally). I got them from a store in Eden Center (Falls Church, VA on Wilson Blvd). I dont recall the exact name but "Beaute Divine Salon" is what's showing up on my bank statement online (unfortunately, I sent the receipts to curlsdc with the pills I mailed out today or I would look on there and tell you the name). The address is 6763 Wilson Blvd
Falls Church, VA 22044. I just bought us some today, so I honestly cant tell you how they work, but based on EXTENSIVE research that curlsdc has done we think they match up with what would be the real ones (including the fact that the powder inside looks like a light cornmeal). I can provide more info by email if you would like to leave your address. I hope this helps. We'll be sure to let you know how these compare to the ones we were taking previously...

Thank you so much! I definately have what some others here consider the "fake". The thing is, it does take away my appetite! I've lost about 18 lbs. in just over 2 months, so something really is working. I wonder if I went to the "real" one that I may have the bad effects like the racing heart and chest pains, so I'm kind of worried about switching, you know?

I'm standing by for updates from you and your friend.

One more question for you: Your city is shown as "Baltimore, MD"...do you live there or close by? Mine is shown as "Bowie, MD" but I don't live there and I have no idea why it shows that, but whatever. Anyway, I'm close to Ellicott City and they have a few Asian markets. I was wondering if you have checked any of the markets in Maryland before you found them in Falls Church.

hi everyone, i bought mine from the hgpills.com site. they are a dark redish color. i don't know what they look like inside, as i haven't opened them.

but i have been experiencing constipation since i started 10 days ago. I have lost 10 pounds though. and my appitite is very little. that is why i think i am not having any BM's cause there is nothing to get rid of. Everything i have eaten has been super healthy, but only very small amounts.

Also,,,,,i still have this horrible feeling of something being lodged in my throat and it is driving me NUTS, i want to stop the pill for a day to see if it goes away. I drink TONS AND TONS of water all day long and when i take the two pills in the morning.

Even though i have lost the pounds, i am not sure how much longer i can take the constipation and lump in throat.

any ideas, help?

Beginning Weight: 224

Current Weight: 207

Time it took to lose this weight: 4 weeks

Time on Pill: 4 weeks

Bad Side Effects: constipation & dry mouth

Good Side Effects: No appetite, no longer thinking about food nor having to plan out each meal, though I'm planning healthy meals in general

Times a week you excercise: walk 2 miles/day 3-4 times/week

How many meals a day do you eat: 3 meals with 2-4 snacks in between (around 100 calories each)

Any Tips that make daily life on the diet easier:

I drink a ton of water and have stopped eating out. I figured that if the pill kills my appetite, I may lose weight faster AND healthier by adjusting my diet at the same time. I plan out snacks in small zip lock bags around 100 calories each (16 almonds, apricots, Kashi granoala bars, fruit, etc). I am constantly eating in small quantities, keeping my metabolism high.

Description of your pill and look/consistency of inside powder:

I've never looked inside. I'm on my 2nd bottle as I shared a week's supply with a friend. It's working just as effectively now as day 1!

I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I have always had that "25 pounds to lose". Now, it's 50 pounds. I'm an alumni at every major weight loss institution (Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem and others). Finally, something that allows me to just eat smarter and in better proportions without starving myself or feeling hungry all the time. If it takes me 3 more months to lose the weight, what a great deal!

1. 150 (5'2 size overflowing 8-10)haha
2. 138 (size 8 or 6 - didn't buy new clothes yet)
3. Since March?
4. about 4 months - sluggish metabolism
5. Bottle 1: approx 2-3 lbs, bottle 2: 5 lbs, bottle 3: 2-3 lbs, bottle 4: 2 lbs so far.=) i know super slow huh?
6. SE: almost all side effects + cankers sores (new), and can't sleep =( its 4am here
7. energy, doesn't suppress my appetite, I eat the same amount. maybe taking it to psych myself to remember to continue to work on losing the nagging weight.
8. workout? my work is my exercise-walking n sweating it off 3 days plus 2 days workout at home approx 30 mins sessions.
9. eating-chaotic depending on work. What appetite suppression? I can eat a whole bag of grapes for 4 people in one sitting. good eating the grapes but bad on eating the whole bag!
10. advice: balance out your electrolytes and fluid intake. snacks on yogurt (contains lactobacillus to help prevent getting ulcers in your mouth, esophagus, and stomach) and variety of fruits (for fiber intake), as well as multivitamin for additional supplement.
if you don't eat r eat too little u will b constipated

My mind and body is having a hard time allowing the pills to do its magic. So fyi, if u want the pills to work, you, your mind, and body have to work with it as well.

I've been through almost all the side effects discussed in this forum and made some adjustments to regulate my body with the helps from all of you with great advice.

My new advice to myself and others is what i do on busy days at work is set my phone to beep or vibrate at certain times through the day for a scheduled snack and grab some water as a reminder if i forget to eat...helps with the side effects and metabolism. I hope that helps!
