it really works! i lost 4 lbs during first 6days then i recommended to my coworkers. the only side effect that i experienced was my menstrual period. other than that no side effects as long as you drink only 1 packet a day as directed.

The instructions are either in Russian or Chinese! I cant read either.

Oh good god.

Its been two days since i started taking this and since the first day ive developed red itchy bumps on my extremeties. It is incredibly unnerving.

Im quite confident its the slimming coffee that is causing this sudden break out but ill stop taking the coffee and if i see a positive cause/effect relationsship between the coffee and the bumps ill try to update. Wish me luck

Hi Vanes, i'd tried the 18 slimming coffe and it does work. I still have it. the great news is I dont see any side affect in my body never ever.

I have tried Health Slimming Coffee for 3wks now. I lost 14lbs. The first couple days it was weird I have soo..much energy and still do. Those 1wk all I crave for was fruits and vegetables only. After a wk or so I ate my normal foods but only portion full fast. My mouth always dried. I drank 8 to 10 bottles water a day. Pee alot and yes my bow the same might skip a day. But thats normal for me. I don't have any side effects except that I don't nap anymore, before I used to nap twice a day.

u will get your menstrual period either late for that month or don't have it at all. Sometimes, when you have the period it will prolong and last for more than you usually have.

I've tried the Health Slimming Coffee & it does work. It suppresses your appetite, not completely, but it does make you eat less. Just remember to drink alot of water because dehydration can set in. I've lost over 20lbs in 3 weeks.

I've also used to 2 day Diet pills and that is great too. I've a used the competitor, but it doesn't have the same affects. Results do vary. The pills belong to my mother who's side affects was eating food more frequently however small portions. She also claims that the food taste so much better while taking the pills. So she gave me the rest of what was left, about a week's worth.

As for me, it didn't necessarily suppress my appetite. I still had hunger, but the minute I ate, I was full. Sometimes 2 bites and done!

I am having a hard time locating the Health Slimming Coffee in Orlando, so I have to have my mother send it to from Charlotte, NC.

I'm a coffee addict, so I might as well drink the diet one since I won't gain weight it. It taste good too.
