Can anyone share some stories about weight loss products that have worked for them?

Fruits, vegis, water, chicken breast and grilled fish. Sorry, I know that's not what you wanted to hear but it's the truth. I gain and lose the same 20 pounds every year. You'd think I'd learn!!! I have one friend who has said the new Hootia pills have helped her but I tried them and couldn't tell any difference. Phentermine was the only diet pill I ever tried that worked for me, they are hard to get in the states now. Don't know if ya'll have Weight Watchers there but if you do I think they are the best and smartest way to lose weight. You can join on line if you don't live where they have meetings. Hope this helps. If you find the one easy miracle drug, please let me know. lol |

It is almost like a Tootsie Pop but takes like 20 min. to eat so you are satisfied when finished and definetely not interested in a high calorie candy bar. |

If you want to lose your weight for ever you have to completly change all bad habits what caused your problem. Itœ true that weight loose product exist, but without diet, sport and healthy live style, the loosed weight will return. Itœ necessary to make a project what to change in your live style and how fast you want to loose your weight. Give you only realistic aimes or it will make you crazy if you won´t be able to subserve it.
My advice for you:if you want to start with a diet, start it, when you have apettite for some meal, never tell to yourself: I will start with diet tomorrow, I will start as soon as I have some information about wonder pills. If you have question like this,you will never start. Good luck! |

I had my first Power pops this evening at around 9... I thought Oh I'll just try it! I couldnt put it down! I thought too I would want another one! I usually want another tootsie pop or blow pop! NOPE! Before I was done.. I could feel the energy lick in.. and by the time I was done.. I was satisfied! NO HYPE.. Now, My system is more sensitie that the average person. But, this is the truth! I WAS AMAZED! I am still awake and normally- I would have a snack at 11-12 before going to bed! NO NO I know.. But, truth! I am not hungry and I feel like doing some laundry! NOW THAT's POWER! pop! |

This is simple, no pills, no harmful side effects, and it's all natural. It kicks your metabolism in and burns calories. 1 teaspoon of real lemon juice (liquid from bottle) 1 teaspoon of honey, add 8 ounces of hot water, stir and drink on an empty stomache one half hour before breakfast. For breakfast you can eat. 4 oz. orange juice 2 slices of toast with peanut butter or cheese for protien, coffee or tea with sweet & low & 1% milk. At lunch time a chicken caesar salad (large) with fresh fruit tea or coffee. Always drink an 8 ounce glass of water before your meals. This will help with hunger problems, and is good for you. At supper you can have 4 0z. serving of lean meat, Fat trimmed off. 1 small baked potatoe with Becel margarine.(small amount)steamed vegetables (are best)4 oz. 1% milk, 1/2 banana, or small apple or pear, or 12 grapes, tea or coffee. In the evening drink water, no snacks. If you are Diabetic then follow your Doctor's orders, regarding snacks. Diabetics should check with a dietitician, for the proper amount of calories need for their own particular diet. It can range from 8oo to 2500 calories depending on age and work! This is healthy and safe for the average person. Check with your Doctor first! Do not take any diet pills if you are on other medication, for high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. Pills that have not been prescribed, can react with other medications. If you take lipitor, you can not drink grapefruit juice. this is only one example. Always check first. Better to eat healthy, and make sure you are getting the proper amount of calories. P.S. I almost forgot to add, depending on your age you should add a one a day vitamin, to your healthy eating programme.
Again check with your doctor, depending on allergies, etc. Get rid of the salt shaker ( retains fluid) and sugar.(Makes Fat) Use Mrs. Dash & Sweet & low or sugar sub. if you must! Natural sugars are best. Fresh fruit & vegetables. |

Hmmm... for me it was Medifast.. don't expect to eat Asian cuisine here.. the food gets old really quick, but in terms of results, it did work for me. I lost around 25-30 lbs after 2 months. When I stopped the program I regained around 3 lbs, but it's been 1/2 year, and so far that's all I regained...

I have been using access bars. They are from a company called Mellaleuca, the wellness company. All of their products are the best. Their weight loss products really help you loose weight and their vitamins give you more energy than anything I have ever taken. Anyway the Access Bars gi ve you fuel for your workout and reduce body fat. You can really tell immediately that you have trimmed inches.

I'm a pathologist (physician) working in WA state, and I tried Medifast for two weeks. Excited by all the positive reviews I'd read, I bought the 5-and-1 plan. After a long (3 day) weekend off from work trying to acclimate to the 72-hour withdrawal phase my Medifast counselor had told me about, I was so week I could only get off my couch to go to the restroom by the fourth day. I stayed on the program for 13 days, lost 8 pounds, but never got over the crushing, pervasive cravings. On the 14th day I gave up, and by the 3rd day off the program had gained back 5 pounds I'd lost, though my caloric intake hadn't even returned to what it had been pre-Medifast. I know Medifast produces clinically significant results, but if most people like me could abstain from food or deny their cravings, we wouldn't need to diet. What besides Herculean will-power, then, motivates the majority to succeed on a modified fast?(Rhetorical) Without controlling appetite and countering flagging energy from a low-calorie diet, sticking to a very strict diet plan is unrealistic for many of us (as the bulk of studies on weight loss demonstrate). However, diligent strength training combined with cardio work 5 days/week, and this with a moderate calorie reduction I don't miss (I chose to abstain from simple sugars) is proving successful. For me. Good luck in your search for a safe, effective regimen.
