This is an update, now that I've finished a one month supply(well, actually I didn't take the last three pills). I suffered from dry mouth so bad that I decided it wasn't worth it anymore. I lost a total of 5lbs. I've not taken a pill in three days, and I still have dry mouth! I can only hope it does go away! The only other side effect I suffered from was a lack of sleep. It was difficult falling asleep, once I was ready to, at about 12:30am every night. I'd wake up about 3:30am, and eventually fall back asleep. It does feel good to lose an extra 5 pounds, of which I'm pretty sure 80% was due to taking the pill. However, losing only 5 pounds really isn't worth what I went through to do so! I had read that other people lost much more weight, so thought I'd give it a try. Who really knows if those people were telling the truth? Usually, if something sounds too good to be true, it is! As I've heard so many times, there is no "MAGIC" pill for weight loss. Don't we all want to believe there is though! If there were, everyone wanting or needing to lose weight would have taken it, lost the weight, stopped taking it & we would all be thin. Instead, there are so many people still searching for that "quick fix", willing to give away their hard earned money for a hope,(that can sometimes bring other health issues) to companies offering empty promises, while they get rich for our ignorance or stupidity!
I'm done being a fool! I'll just keep exercising & eating healthy, with the occasional cheat day/meal(I'm only human you know)& except the outcome.

Anyone else ordered from lida-pills.com ? I started Tuesday and feel a difference. I am really hoping my pills contain sibutramine and I suspect they do as I am much more satiated and do not have hunger pangs.

I might do a test by combining another med (DXM) with it and seeing if a small dose has a much greater effect than it should.

Ive been taking the Li Da pills for six days, and for all six of those days I experienced slight nausea, dizzyness, and intense drymouth/ thirst, drowsiness, and lack of sleep. Li Da contains sibutramine which explained most of the side effects I incured and many others described in the forum. I highly recommend you google sibutramine because of some of the more dangerous side effects described. It is a prescription medication prescribed to patients who have obesity by their doctor. DO NOT MIX IT WITH OTHER MEDS BECAUSE OF SIBUTRAMINE!!! It would be highly dangerous! ANYBODY who has the more dangerous side effects that sibutramine incurs immediately should stop use and go see a doctor! People please do your research before you use (or continue) this diet pill.

I recently added a post about my experience taking this product. However, I did leave out some information that I think is important to people who suffer from Herpes. Since the diet pill caused me to have dry mouth, it also caused me to have chapped lips. I used a lip balm constantly, but the stress to my mouth brought on two herpes outbreakes within two weeks. Just something else to keep in mind if you are considering taking this drug.

I wrote about 10 days ago about my breathing issues. I was going to see a doctor, but was too busy. But the problem had disappeared 2 days later. I'm thinking may be the pills did boost my metabolism rate, causing the heart to beat faster and may be that's why I felt like hyperventilating... I've continued to take the pills, and after 3 weeks now, lost 11 pounds. All this time I was too busy to exercise, so everything is due to less intake. I must admit, I didn't feel like snacking at all. Now, I'm planning on taking the pills for full two month. 11 pounds over 3 weeks... I'm seriously impressed.

I start eating fruits,yogurt,water often and the dizznes desapear,in 4 weeks i lost 14 pounds.I run out and was for about 3 weeks without them and only gain 2 pounds but I was not carefull with my eating.I start again and loosing more pounds.I love the product and don't have any of those s ide effects,but I do not mixed it with any products and do not have any condition.

for what I'm reading, i don't recommend you to take another med while taking lida, everyone is saying that it is really strong and also the websites where you can buy lida are saying that don't mix it with any medications
(prescription or over-the-counter) and Do not consume alcohol.

I have used these and they do work. But it seems that once your body starts to get used to them about after a month, they are less effective. Also beware that there are people/vendors who do sell fake LidaDaidaihua so be extremely careful.
