actually i do have proof, if you go look at the first review, and go through this forum the same exact review is written here and on about 5 othe forums word for word!!!!!!!!!!except with emmasbeauty inserted, doesnt take a genuis buddy!!! I am looking to find out what symtoms people have felt after taking this pill. Is there dizziness, nausea, gitteriness. Or do you just feel loss of appetite? Can anyone give me an honest response to their experience in taking the pill in the first few days. Thank you for your time.

the first pill i took i didnt even take the whole thing i openend it and poured a bit out and i experienced dizziness and the jitters and loss of appatite

I do feel the jitters inside me.. it's wierd, like my inside is shaking, and can't sleep.. my loss of appetite has gone away, after only about 2 weeks on them, so I am going to switch back to imelda, good luck!

I've been using this pill for about half a month so far. The worst side effect for me is the constant dry mouth. I have some issues with getting a normal night of sleep, I wake up a few time during the night. Other then that, no other side effects that I notice. I have lost a few lbs., but am not sure how much of that is due to the pill, or the fact that I've been doing a lot of outside physical activity lately.
I stopped taking it for a day to see if maybe I'd be free of the dry mouth, but that didn't happen, still had the dry mouth.
I doubt that I will continue to take it after the month supply is finished.

Thank you so much for your honest answers. I wrote the email above while I was going through my symptoms and for me, I was feeling a whole string of symptoms, above and beyond giteriness, serious nausea, so much that every time I would go to driink water I'd have to run to the toilet because the feeling was so intense. I thought I had the flu. I pretty much curled up into a ball for the remainder of the afternoon. So I've discovered that for me I cannot injest. I've been taking the pills for 10 days now, lost 5 pounds over the first 5 days, and seem to have reached a plateau. Dry mouth isn't so bad at all. But since yesterday, I started having breathing issues. Not really shortness of breath or breathing difficulties, but I keep wanting to take deep breaths, but cannot. Today, I started having tingling sensation in my fingers and toes. I am SERIOUSLY worried, and plan to go see my doctor first thing tomorrow. Anybody experiencing what I'm going through? I feel that the pill is working (burning some fat), but I'm worried that I might be risking my health. Can anybody tell me this is what people usually put up with when trying to lose more than 20 pounds in a month?

I started having the same thing except i had greater symtoms the breathing same as you, shaking inside chest pains i ended up in the hospital 3 times since and now and taking xanax to relax me, its defenitly from the pills, i was not sure if it was 2 day or lida but now that i hear your story im sure it is lida and i wasnt even taking a full capsul i would open it and pour some out.

hi guys, unfortunatly i cannot take any of these pills anymore because it has run havock on my body but i do have a bunch of products, couple bottles of 3 day, 3 X slim and a few other named ones witch are basically the same just different dosses of ingrediandts, i also have about 6 months worth of lida. They are all 100% real, i can guarantee you that.
