Purchasing MAILLARD EAGLE SWEET

Maida Heatter's QM cake requires "Maillard Eagle Sweet chocolate". Where do you buy this? I cant google much except for historical info on Dr. Maillard and the chocolate store in NYC.

I have not been able to find it and I've been looking for years. If you find it anywhere, please post the info.

Her recipe did not require Maillard chocolate, only her preference. This was only in the first book where she published this recipe. Her last book where she published this recipe had no recommendations for a brand. Also, note Maillard was, I believe, was an American brand, and would probably not have been available in Austria or elsewhere in Europe where this recipe is from. Any chocolate where the percent is not less than 45 and more than about 55 gives the cake its original taste, however, a larger percent chocolate, I use 62, makes for a great cake, with deeper chocolate taste and not quite as sweet.
