Buyer Beware! A company called " mymms.com " has advertised on TV and in the Sunday coupons. What appeared to be an innovative and unique idea for a gift has become one of my worst experiences in consumer internet purchasing. I ordered on the 10th of October. Upon completion of my order a screen appeared saying that it would be delivered on or before 24 October. The automatic email response to my order did not state a delivery date. It is now the 14th of November and I'm still in non-receipt. I sent an email on the 30th of October to their customer service. It went unanswered. I called them twice on the phone and got generic answers - "According to our computer, your order....". This past Friday I sent a complaint using their complaint email on their website (they state they will reply within 24 hours - during normal working hours - so I expected an email reply either yesterday or today). Still no reply. I was going to send this as a gift to my family back east for Thanksgiving. It's not going to happen. Not sure if this site is part of the Mars Corporation, but if they are, they, they need to have better quality control and consumer response.

My M&Ms just arrived. The printing is not clear, the m&m candies are not bright and shining -- overall I'm not going to be proud to give this to anyone as a gift!

I ordered from " mymms.com " on 11/13 and was told my order would get to me by 11/24. It's currently 12/13 and it still has not arrived. Repeated calls have yielded the following: the candy has been printed and has been sitting in the warehouse in Hackettstown NJ since 11/21 (note the shipping address I gave them is also in NJ!) "customer service" has "expedited" the order four separate times since I began calling to ask when it will ship--I still have not recieved it. I asked if I could pick it up from the warehouse-NO! I asked if I could speak to a manager-NO! I asked if I could speak to someone in the warehouse and ask the warehouse person to pick up the box and put it on the UPS truck-NO! What do you do with this kind of response!!! It's like banging your head against a polite brick wall. If you're thinking of ordering from this company BEWARE! I'd skip it!

I ordered custom printed M&M's from mymms.com on 1/14/07 for Valentine's Day (tomorrow). Checked up on my order this morning only to find it still sitting in their warehouse. Was offered a 25% discount but instead cancelled the order. Won't buy Mars' products again!

I ordered custom M&Ms for my daughter's 16th birthday....the confirmation said they would be delivered on or before 11/28, and her party was 12/1, so that was cool. Called today to find out that the order was never actually placed...apparently they have something wrong with their online ordering system where sometimes the order doesn't really go through. They had all the rest of my info though, just not my actual order. So no M&M's for the party :-(

I ordered to have delivered to my wife's office. Beautiful packaging but the candies were unreadable. Now I payed $11 per bag for 4 bags- which is cool for they novelty. However, the printing is unreadable and the candy shells are old and cracking. While my wife adored them, I was embarrased. The whole point was to keep a couple of th ebags with the candied messages.

I called, emailed and answered the email survey all with no response. A company as large as MM/Mars(or whatever it's called now)should be ashamed of the product they are pushing. My next letter will be to an executive.

I ordered 2 times and have had no problems whatsoever. I do know that they changed the ink to prevent smearing. What a difference! I love them and it was a big hit at my sister's wedding.

I am dealing with the same problem. I planned on presenting them at a dinner for my husband upon him completing the first year of his surgery internship. No I have an low-quality product to present. I first called and they offered me a 25% refund which was only $8.(I paid over $50). They said that they haven't had other complaints regarding the print being unreadable. They also stated that if I didn't want the refund, they could send out another shipment but I would have to pay shipping and handling (which would be another $15) Now I have sent an email regarding this complaint...we'll see what happens now!

Should of looked here first!
I place an order for personalized M&Ms in early June. The order finally arrived with my daughter-in-law's name spelled incorrectly. I contacted M&Ms and and they said I made the mistake. Not. Well after all was said and done they agreed to credit my account and I would just pay shipping and handling on the next corrected order (this is once the charge showed up on my visa account.) I put my order in today and they told me a completely different story. "you made the mistake, there is no way we could have done it" And now they totally changed their story and I will get a credit supposedly in 1 to 2 billing cycles. So in the meantime I am out $116 for about 150 m&m's. The supervisor Meagan told me I was making out on this...I asked her what I'm supposed to do with misspelled M&M's?She told me I can eat them! Oh Yay! 21oz of M&M's for $45. I've never been spoken to so rudely. If my daughter didn't want these for their wedding reception I would of told them to shove them. Beware dealing with MY M&Ms!
