These are all great tips because I really enjoy field greens and baby greens in my salad more than arugula. Everyone assumed that since Obama was griping about the price of arugula during the last campaign that it was the way to go but I don't think so. Too peppery for me and too trendy to boot. I'm also piling on the sprouts these days because ours are clean over here, unlike in Germany.
