What is this stuff? My chinese roommate bought some and brought it home but he doesn't know and we can't figure out what it is. It seems like a type of nut butter, but black in color with a taste similar to peanut butter...I'd love to be able to find out the contents and nutrition info because it's actually pretty damn delicious on toasted bread. Any experts?
