I used to buy this cheese at a local Harmonds cheesemonger stand. I tried it from a friend who got me hooked. My problem is I had not purchased this in a couple years and went to buy some to show a friend and I could not find it. When I asked the cheese monger about it and if they had some he replied " I have never heard of that cheese" I am not crazy.. Can anyone locate this or a correct name? I spelled it how its pernounced but not sure of the spelling. Its amazing!! Please comment back!!=]

I haven’t heard of that really… But I’ll get back to you on that later.. I’m a cheese person and I think I haven’t heard of that… But I buy my cheeses online and they’re really good! Here’s where you can get them on sale: http://www.idealcheese.com/gruyerecheese.aspx
