Hey, I work for Lexus Magazine and wanted to share an article about the cheese endeavors made on a road trip from Manhattan to Vermont on an impromptu roadtrip. Some of the cheeses mentioned were: Von Trapp Farmstead's Oma; Manchester, a goat's-milk cheese from Consider Bardwell Farm; and cave-aged cheddar from Orb Weaver Farm.
