Stupid! If Americans can't compete with Mexican drivers how does that benefit the consumer? If several thousand American drivers have their wages cut or they loose their jobs it won’t effect the consumer market because this is America and the bosses NEVER pass on savings.

If your job is shipped overseas or as in this case foreigners are allowed to come here and take American jobs, please explain how it helps anyone butt the rich.

If your job is shipped overseas there will be no corporate taxes due because the creation of wealth is now considered offshore , crazy as it seems but congress approved this without any foresight as to the impending obvious consequences .
