HI we recently went on a standard hotel holiday to sharm. My kids loved the cheese slices and ham slices they got for breakfast and I'm trying to find out what they are called?

Didn’t they use the Gruyere Cheese? I know they served it when my family was there..so it must be that same cheese.. http://www.idealcheese.com/gruyerecheese.aspx
