I hear that blueberries are great for your health folks, I heard they are great. But..... I am always trying to lose weight using natural approaches. I was able to lose some pounds rather easy. I am writing my journal, I dont eat fast food. It is simple as that.

Blueberries are not 'fast food'. They are wholesome, natural, whole food that is a great antioxidant. Antioxidants help slow down aging and keep your brain going.

They are not by any means prohibited on a diet, having 83 calories for a cup of fresh berries (no sugar added) and only 4 of those calories are from fat. They contain 14% of your daily fiber requirement, are naturally high in Vitamin C and manganese. There is no cholesterol, and very little natural salt.

Berries are one of the best between meal snacks you can eat and stay on your diet.

Blueberries are amazing. And if there is such a thing, blue berries are one of those so called "superfoods". High in antioxidants and phytonutrients. Of course they are a fruit and contain sugar, but everything in moderation and a varied diet is best for health and to maintain a healthy weight. Swapping sweets with fruits is the best way.

This is fantastic news. Blueberries have tons of health benefits and are full of antioxidants. My aunty actually taught me a home remedy for colds and coughs using blueberries and natural honey ... works very well!
