Full story: Boston.com

GLENMORE, Wisc. - Even on a gorgeous June morning that graced the Brown County Dairy Breakfast, even on a sweeping emerald farm-scape lined with the progressive image of several wind turbines, the turbulence and the fissures of the Wisconsin recall election hissed through.

This is my Facebook post on the election:
G(on)E WISCONSIN? Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 5, is the pivotal day. Will the despotic governor of one of the great states in the union be recalled or will he be able to create a system of "the job goes to the lowest bidder?" Will Wisconsin remain the proud dairy state or become the cow pie state? Will the Frederick Turner thesis of American expansion rot in the middle and die, bringing the rest of the country down with it? Likely unless they vote against the governor. Post this if you agree, especially if you have friends in the state whose Coast of Arms (1881) is "diversity, wealth and abundance," whose state motto is "forward", whose state insect is the honey bee, already in the process of dying, and whose state dance is the polka, reflecting the deep Czech-Polish-German heritage. Will it become the milk cow state, so poor that citizens will have to eat ol' bossy and use the remaining cow pies to stoke their furnaces? Again, if you agree with me, please share, especially if you have friends in Wisconsin. Ben Moffett, a long time admirer of Wisconsin from New Mexico.

Lets ask this question?
Do we want people from out of the state coming in here telling us how to live?
Do we want corpt. from out of the state owning us?
Wake up people, it;s about us running our own lives here in wis.
Running our own state.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Aries

Someone is being very informative and helpful, especially if you want them to explain something that you don't understand, so listen carefully to what they tell you. This is also a great day for making some travel plans, perhaps by arranging to visit a friend you haven't seen in a while or by discussing where you should take your next holiday.
