Congratulations on your lifetime achievement award. Your restaurants have always represented the bottom of the barrel in quality and service wherever they are located and with regards to Melbourne and Palm Bay, Florida, represent the very worst dining experience my wife and I have ever had to pay for. Keep up the good work, because as long as these sites are open, they give me faith that even the blind squirrels find nuts. "Abysmally horrible" is the phrase I would use to describe your restaurants.

Just the name alone makes me wary....very unappealing and unappetizing ring to it. One is getting ready to open near my home- of all the restaurants that could have taken that space, I just shake my head that it's a Beef O'Brady's. My wife and I will probably check it out- only because it's so close to our house, but I seriously doubt we will frequent the place on any sort of regular basis.

I visited Bd's Mongolian Grill and fell in love...the bar/grill like atmosphere..the employees are fun and the food is terrific..how about that cooking your meal right in front of you on that huge grill....you get to prepare it..just the added pleasure of interactive meals with a family sprots like atmosphere...you should go!!!!

I have two cases to report, each location is owned and operated by different people but the message is the same. The Palm Bay location (4711 Badcock St.,#7), I brought home my take out order of 50 wings, which I luckily decided to serve the wings on plates before starting to eat and found a cockroach in the sauce at the bottom of the takeout container. I called the store and was actually asked if I wanted to return those for another order or store credit. I had to drive 10 miles back to return the order for a refund less the tip I gave the waitress.
The other case (at 3450 Bayside Lakes Blvd.,#101-102), we went in at 4:30pm Thursday and waited for 10 minutes before anyone in the place realized we walked in, and there we only a few other people inside at the time. After ordering and our meals arrived, my wife took one bite of the coleslaw and found that it was very stale and had to spit it out. After telling the waitress, no effort was made to take it off the bill, even though it was returned uneaten and again was asked if she wanted another one (why? Who would). The problem here in both cases is a complete lack of customer service, no respect for customer feelings, and no accountability from management to maintain high standards of food service. I am not sure what Beef O’Brady’s customer service policy is, but I know there’s two places I won’t be eating at again.

We walked out of the one in Oviedo twice because we were ignored by the waitresses. We've never been back. What they have is bland, mediocre microwaved fare at low-to-mid prices. Since there are so few restaurants in Oviedo, and just about no good restaurants in Oviedo, these places can tell the customer to f-off and still stay in business.

Ive been to Beef's a couple of times. Generally they have pretty good food and cute waitresses. The one in Winter Springs town Center and Apopka are both great.

Love the wings, chilled beer glasses and positive attitude service.

A+ for reasonbale food prices, nice neighborhood idea,

Beef's is great. Great food, great people, and a place we can call home, not like a lot of the generic chains we see opening up anywhere these days...

i dont understand why people can seriously judge EVERY Beef O'Brady's by just one place. Theres one in Spring Hill thats excellent. Never had better wings in my LIFE. Sweet Jalapeno, Nucleur, Honey BBQ, I love those flavors.

Ever since the corporate office started sweeping serious business issues under the rug their quality has declined. Current leadership is more concerned about how many units they open than the consistency of the quality from restaurant to restaurant.
The one in Deltona was the best ever of about 40 Beefs I ever ate in/at. Too bad the original owners sold it; but I think they saw the writing on the wall. Greed at the corporate HQ is always counterproductive for the customers.
