Fortune Cookie in Los Alamitos has lots of healthy vegetarian dishes. Buddha Delight and the sauteed spinach w/garlic & Veggie soup with bean curd. Also Sweetee Thai in Cypress is full of great dishes. Pachanga Grill in Signal Hill at Willow and Cherry the 7 veggie burrito. Also any pizza joint can put together a veggie only pizza. Especially good at Rezzini's in Long Beach and Ferraro's.

Glory Days on Carson and Woodruff has some large schooners of vegetarian beer.
