Just a note about reviews online. The bad thing about online reviews is, not many who had a good experience will come online to post. But those who had a bad experience are more likely to find a place to vent. I am new to the McDonough area, and saw this place the other night while cruising around town. Will definitely give them a try.

Went to Outlaws last night, worst service ever- I thought I was in an episode of "Kitchen Nightmares", I kept expecting to see Chef Ramsay stick his head out the kitchen door. I counted 4 tables of people get up and leave- which is what I should have done. They were out of sweet potatoes, out of bread, the food we got was wrong, the service was beyond slow, the manager didn't care and when we called the owner he didn't even take responsibility he said "we don't know what it takes to run a business". Well I do know what it takes to keep my business- and you don't have it!

My Husband and I have only lived in this state almost 4 years.We frequently go to different Restaurants to find the best ones to return to and bring family to that visit from out of town here.Also for large Delta gatherings.On 4/29/2012We visited for the 1st time Outlaws.Hwy2081-Mcdon,Ga.We sat at table 23 our server was absolutely excellent, However the Food was not at all as nice as the outside and inside Decor. the green fried tomatoes are deep fried not pan, the steak was well done not med.well the Dijon mustard for salad was expired.(bad),My Salmon had been marinated in something smelled fishy and had a sticky center I was afraid of eating it in fear of becoming sick. we had a total of 71.00 worth of food items. But was only able to eat 1 salad and the Mozz. stick App. I do not by no means recommend this place. I am sorry we went,save your money, go some place your sure of the food but not here.Also when we mentioned that it was bad we were not even greeted by a store owner or floor manger. nothing. it was a terrible experience .At least for us it was ,we were there on a Sunday after church.It wasn't that busy there was no excuse for it.

I am sorry for your experience. I spoke to the kitchen manager who was on duty Sunday and prepared the salmon, he didn't see any problems with it, we do marinade it and if cooked properly should be white to medium red in the middle. We have the best salmon (its fresh) in the area and have plenty of satisifed guests who love it. If the steak was cooked wrong you should have told your server and we would cook you another one. Our fried tomatoes are also a favorite requested by many guests and they are deep fried not pan fried. Our dressings are not expired. Your server should have told the on duty manager if you expressed to them what you have expressed here. We serve quality food, and try to make it right when guests let us know there is a problem during their meal. I am talking with my servers to advise them anytime a guest is not satisifed to be sure and let a manager know so it can be address at that time. I hope you will give us another chance, we serve top quality Beef, and Seafood. I know its better than our competition. President, Outlaws Wood Fire Steak and Seafood

We ate there 2 times the 3rd time we went we sat at the table 15 to 20 minutes it was slow at this time the waiters and waitresses were at the front podium just talking.I guess this is why the place is closed now.The think is our company had them cater lunch for us that is 3 shifts 3 lunches.
