Hmmm, nice to know, but Steers was that way at first too. They have gotten better. Maybe give them another try in a month? I havent' eaten there yet, but was going to give them a try.

Yea, probably not going to happen, mediocre food is one thing, but bad service will not be tolerated

That's because the guy that owns Outlaws was the original owner of Steers. Now Steers under new ownership/mgmt is MUCH better.

Gotcha. Kinda figured the two were related. I am sure we will give Outlaws a try before too long. Dont knock it til ya try it I guess. But I understand John Doe's frustration and generally you only get one chance to make a good first impression.

I will pass, you are the first person that I have heard that had a good experience there. I have several friends and co-workers that have been dissatisfied with this place. With as many choices as there are in the area, it isn't a problem to find somewhere that is actually good.

A group of friends and I went tonigh. Huge mistake. Appetizers arrived before drinks. Well before drinks. My prime rib was very dry and when asked about it by a "manager" (Monica) said she would get another. What I got was a raw piece of mear. Seh waited, hovered would be a better word, while I tried it. I now believe that Monica, the "manager" is the owner's daughter. I asked our server if she was A manager or THE manager. He told me we was A manager and I asked to speak to THE manager who was William. He was lackdaiscal at best and offered to cook my steak some more and I told him I would take it to my dogs. My wife had my steak talen off out bill but they charged sales tax and the "gratuity" based on total. A total RIPOFF in my opinion. While most of the people in our party had good food, mine sucked and everyone agreed service was TERRIBLE. They did manage to remember the 18% gratuity.

I won't be going. I have had several friends try it, but they won't be returning, so I am not wasting my money. It's too hard to come by these days.

My husband and I went last night with our two kids. The lady that sat us was not friendly at all. We sat there for 15 mins with NO SERVICE. We had a table beside us that the waitress was all over and being overly helpful and never once turned around to ask if anyone had helped us. After 15 mins of waiting we got up and left. I can understand being a little slow when busy but not when there is only 6 or so tables with people. I will NEVER go back and I will not refer them to anyone.

I went to Outlaws and had great service I heard they fired the server and host for the service or lack of service that you received you should try it again If you have a problem you should ask for a manager.

Or just go somewhere that I know I will get good food and good service. They should have been more selective in hiring because you only get one chance to make a first impression.

We visited outlaws during lunch. We had a company gathering there. It was 30 of us, our service was wonderful as well as the food.the two servers that waited on our party was awsome. We never had to ask for refills on our beverages, they worked together as a team. If i can remember there names were Teresa and Erica. They made sure we were happy and the food was hot.I would definatley go back to outlaws and ask for either one of the young ladies that took care of our party. And i absolutly love the beef tips with mashed potatoes.

Horrible food and some employees were screaming at each other in the kitchen. apperently someone was cheating on someone else and all hell broke loose. very unprofessional.
