When the prospect of going to Australia recently came up, one of my first thoughts was meat pies.

The writer must not eat at all while he is in the United States based on his condescending writing style. He is so traveled and much superior to the rest of us (did he borrow this attitude from a presidential candidate?). He could learn quite a bit from Andrew Zimmern's style that doesn't talk down to an audience (which will contain individuals who may be more traveled and experienced than you think).
