Hello people wake up the only reason why people are commiting these desperate crimes are because they are addicted to drugs. Insurnace companys need to pay for rehab again. The courts will just let them go

These kids should be grateful that they weren't my kids. They would be praying for jail after I got through with them.

for the record, as bad as these charges are and as much as he deserves his sentence, whatever it may be, Jeremy Hogan has always been a good kid.
As a classmate, he was a hard worker and an awesome friend to me. He got caught up in drugs and everything went downhill.
So far as his parents go, I never met them personally, but I know his mother refuses to talk to him because she lost a lot of money she'd been saving for a rainy day due to Jeremy's actions.
All I know is Jeremy's too pretty for prison and should've known better. I just hope that all of the programs in prison help him out. Every seventeen-year-old has the opportunity to mess up, Jeremy just took advantage of it and it's kicking him in the teeth.

I actually know all the kids involved and it was a stupid decision and now they will pay the price. You do the crime you do the time and they are willing to do that. HOWEVER how dare anyone try to say the parents are at fault. I have worked with more troubled kids that come from "perfect families" than kids that come from messed up families, and if your in denial when it comes to that you need to check yourself.......

Whatever happened to being innocent until proven guilty? from what im hearing the 2 older ones are trying to pin it on the younger one. so even after arrest they are still trying to blame their problems on someone else by blaming a juvenile. Looks like they were all manly to do the crime but no man left in them to face any time..
