Yes it's easier to go to Morgantown or Bridgeport. And worth the drive. Face it. The mall is a mess. One of the local cracked heads must have laid it out cause I have never seen such a mess to try to drive around. Potholes and potheads.....90% of the local worth and business? Lord help us....we are really in trouble. But Morgantown and Bridgeport aren't. Hey is the water park open? Lol
Then haul your sorry a$$ to Morgantown and Bridgeport and shut up

Goose! The water park, haha. Hope everyone likes swimming in the goose shit. You can't even walk through Palentine Park without stepping in geese feces. What a nice tourist attraction (if your from Mannington) Great idea Rusty Elliot!

While passing through Fairmont, my girlfriend and I stopped the other day. We both got pulled pork barbecue sandwiches and drinks. The place looked nice and the food smelled great! However, on the first bite, as I pulled away from the sandwich, a long brown hair connected the sandwich in hand, to the the half-chewed morsel in my mouth. I was done. I gagged, spit out the food in a napkin, and ditched the sandwich. I couldn't even bring myself to drink the soda. My girlfriend threw both the drink and sandwich away without tasting either. It was a disgusting scenario that will be with me for a long time. Never again.

We went there last week. It was good. Nothing like the south but good. The girl ringing out our order was also answering the phone which was stupid. So the line built up while she was taking orders. I thought it was stupid watching the guy weigh your meat taking a slice off putting it back on etc. The onions rings were too salty, the potato side thing was good. The bun wasnt anything special. All in all it was okay. The price was okay. There was free icecream for dessert. Dont know if it will last in there that parking lot is so bad. How can subway claim parking spaces for their store when it is a public lot?.

If people have stopped going to Subway, I doubt it has anything to do with parking availability.

Not being in the mall and having a drive-thru would probably help business. When the government offices close and move to their new locations, Dickey's BBQ will be no more. Whitehall is too far out of town for most people to travel just for barbecue
its right off of I-79 its not like it is 20 miles past Walmart come on to far out of town LOL

K. Tried it last night with the family. First impression was they need more seating. Was full while we were in line waiting to order and be served but I guess since they are so slow, it works out. By the time they take you and your groups order, cut, meticulously weigh (and include a gob of fat) your meat, gather any sides you order that are not baked beans or potato salad, and then pay someone has finished their meal. Of course there are the jerks that sit there sipping their tea while others stand their and wait holding their tray with food getting cold but that's not the restaurants fault. Staff was friendly enough except the woman weighing your meat/fat without a hair net. Thought that was a law to handle food? Generally we were all satisfied with our food. I got chicken, polish sausage, and beef brisket. Brisket was the biggest disappointment as it was what I looked forward to the most. Had good taste but knowing I paid for gobs of fat in my .16 pounds (what scale read before she grabbed it off and placed on my tray-maybe I read it wrong?) of meat sure affected my satisfaction. Chicken and sausage was good. Was told the ham and pulled pork was too. Sides are limited in my opinion. Green beans were good. Onion strings were greasy. Roll was good but small. I will go back and try the ribs though. Everyone said they would come back actually. Just wish they had a larger dining room as you are packed inside it and feel like you are eating at same table as those beside you. Then, it appeared some owners were there monopolizing a table when it was as busy as it was. Didn't understand that either? Could be wrong but one of them was wearing a Dickeys shirt and changed out tea/condiments from time to time.

Ate there and liked it. I will definitely be going back. The owner took time to check on my table and ask about our food.

Youve got to be kidding!!!$8.99 for that DINKY serving of pork, two microscopic sides and a roll just barely bigger than a doughnut hole!! I walked out laughing and found a real place to eat. F you in advance, "yep yep". I'll say what I want when I want.

I guess with the free soft serve, compared to the high prices for everything else, it all equals out to a great bargain.

Ate there Sunday afternoon, had ribs, potato salad, green beans. Ate half of it, an hour or so later didnt feel so good. Then came the cramps. Bad ones. Was sick until tuesday evening. Bad potato salad? Not sure but i'll never be back. Ribs were ok and but ive had better bbq sauce at truck stops.
