I love the mamey fruit milkshakes and the Guava milkshakes.
I am surprised how many have never tried them.

You can make both shakes same way and some add vanilla icecream.

I suspect that by your limited knowledge of history , that you are neither educated nor well traveled but the guava shake originated in India where guava is one of their main fruits.
Every Indian eater has guava type drinks.
The mamey shake is Cuban.
