If someone in politics could sponsor a bill that you can't sue someone if you are eating donated food, I'm sure alot of restaurants would donate. I've seen tons of stuff get thrown away because businesses are afraid to donate because they could get sued if someone got sick. Instead people go hungry. Where is the sense to be made of this?

"Allentown Resident," I think you have an interesting idea! It's not only restaurants, but grocery stores that get rid of tons of edible food every day. Seems a shame to waste so much when there's people in need.

What do we do? What do we DO? Tell the government they need to HELP US. Instead of giving billions away to the middle east, give it to US. Jack ass.

$576 Billion seems like a lot of money ...some of which could have been used in this country .
Penelope's diner up in Monroe county always gives a hungry person a meal . The resturants down here should follow her example . In fact she recently gave 1,000 free meals to needy people

Also the politicians of those countries don't use the money given to them to feed those starving kids.
