You want a good burger, fries, chicken sandwich in Fairfax, then walk 200 yards east to Iron Springs. They have great hippie-bluegrass music, but usually only on Wednesdays.
The burger is good indeed. BUT, be prepared for a $16 burger if you want ad-ons. It comes practically naked and each ad-on (cheese, avo, bacon) will cost you.

That's insane. Why, for sixteen bucks, you could get SIXTEEN McDonalds hamburgers...

Well, come to think of it, the cost of the cab ride would really depend on where you started from...

If you played your cards right you could get a ham & cheese sammy on whole wheat with Miracle-Whip and a pickle for free. But it all depends on how you play your cards. Do ya feel lucky Ricky?

My formative years were spent working at the Sleeping Lady, and dancing every night. The fondest of memories. I / we are fortunate to have experienced such a special place and time. Good to know others are sharing and carrying the memories as well.
