i dont knw how i overcame my constipation but when i did have it,i was a total mess, spent 2hrs in the toilet.looks like you guys have different types in sa,the white clay is terribly addictive.the salty one called nzu is the worst of them all.you cant stop, talking about it alone makes me heady and i salivate like a child starved of her favourite meal.lately the ghana one is begining to appeal to me.its right here in front of me with the smell stronger
than ever,but aint going down.
I know they see drink alot of water and it help but I know what u mean it the worst but it's just so good I've stop eating cornstrach for about 5 months Now I'm trying to have a baby but I really think it's messed me up. I've been taking iron and brotein to get my body back on track and it's helping a little but the cravings drive me crazy.

when i watch that,i realised how much emphasy the lady laid on not being able to stop,we all know to a large extent that this stuff is dangerous, but the inability to work away is the battle im sur we all are fighting.about not being able to concieve, before my sister in law started to complain,i had a neigbour back in nigeria whose main mal was nzu,she bled all the time and could never concieve.this may not b entirely true but one thing i am sure about is this the salty clay does something to the hormonal system.cant say about the saltless ones but the few people iv heard complain about the nzu complain of ithr heavy priods or infertility.

i really appreciate this forum as i enjoy reading the post and also learning alot of information about our craving for clay dirt i always knew i had this problem. Am 18 now but even when i was 6 i remember i licked this big clay vase my parents had... and i liked it the smell and the earthy stone taste ( i only did it that one time). i have never had clay/ dirt to eat even though i crave it i dont want to start but somedays it get pretty tempting but i just dont i really do like the smell of wet earth . Am sure am like this because am anemic i feel that once i take iron pills my craving lacks so i will keep doing that soon. Coming here makes me not feel like am the only one feeling this way . its a natural craving i know anything in moderation and w/ water wont hurt you but i think if i was to start i wont stop so i just stay away lol.

i also eat clay. it has been 15 years now, i have tried miliion times to stop but cant. each time i think of it, i get much desire to search every where to get it. i traveled far away from ghana to america. i was thinking i had finally said good bye to it. one day, i enetered a store in philadelphia and found the same africa white clay there. oh God!. i couldnt close my eyes on it!!!!! i bought it and since then i have been buying every day. i simply cant stop. i get yeast infection(white) eact time i eat it. this has been a big problem for me. one day, i dreamt that there was a rapture and a lot of people were going to heaven. i couldnt rapture to meet christ. guess what?. there was big basket infront of me full of white clay that i was chewing at the very moment christ came. i said to myself, what happend, why why, god why u dont want to take me to heaven, god told me i have spirit of frog living in me. he said: the spirit of frog makes people to eat sand and clay. all of a sudden i woke from the dream

I watch the same video all the time. That lady in the beginning says she prefer to eat clay than by food. She is happy to do that. It is so interesting they just go the market and pick it up. It does look very good. Those ladies are really enjoy.
