Green tea is really healthy http://www.originalwuyi.com/green-tea-researc... ! Routine tea consumption, especially for more than 10 years, has been associated with decreasing the risk of osteoporotic fractures. It's thought that tea helps diminish bone loss through antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity.
