Rather than shutting down as winter approaches, many plants are flowering out of season or extending growth much later than usual, said Brett Summerell, deputy executive director of Sydney's Royal Botanic Gardens.

So that's it!

At my place right the Honeysuckle is blossoming gloriously ... yet I seem to recall it normally blooms in Spring. And my Fig tree has only begun to drop its Autumn leaves and it is already setting the next crop of fruit.

That's what good about climate change
Human's are finally seeing the benefits for which Gaia or earth nature created us humans for.
More milder winters. More rain. More co2. More plants and food. More even and harmonised weather as increased moisture and co2 spreads the life giving additional energy. nutrients and moisture across the biosphere.
Even with a mild El Niņo cycle the East Indian Ocean (which controls most of Australian weather) remains low and neutral.
We have stabilised into the comfortable And 'most verdant bountiful moisture' range for another ten if not a hundreds years.
The deserts and the rainforest will bloom.
We prevent the next ice age and will have beautiful warm moist summers and mild winters
for thousands of years. The oceans will blossom and teem with life as more energy and circulation plus nutrients and co2 stimulate the earth.

It's a wonderful thing - in 30 years all of Australia and the Sahara as well as the rest of the earth will
be verdant and bountiful.

Climate change is a wonderful thing..

Gaia has wanted this. She evolved us for this.
Our resource and energy companies have become the protectors and agents of Gaia.

We are the masters of earth. It blossoms like a greenhouse under our command.
