My family and I have been a good customer's. My family and I have been eating here since you all were at the old location.("EDIT" We were extremely happy to see you all open back up.) We have always dined in. Always left a good tip. As a matter of fact we even always make sure we clean our table before we leave. last time we dined in the family across from us left their table a mess. Tonight was the first time we ever got anything to go. I called in our order. 2 large BBQ sandwich plates and 1 large sandwich. Our food cost came to 28.86 We asked if there was BBQ sauce in the bag. The lady at the window said there were 2 cups. We ordered 3 LARGE sandwiches. I think we should have gotten 3 cups. 3 LARGE Sandwiches, 3 small cups? We asked for another small cup. We needed 1 more for the 3rd sandwich. She was like well I'll have to charge you a dollar! I found these, Solo B200 2 oz. Translucent Plastic Souffle Cup, Pack of 250 $4.45 The little cups sold there are less then 2 cents a piece. The cup we bought for 1.00 had about an ounce of BBQ sauce in it. The lady did give us 2 SMALL cups for the dollar. Funny when you eat in you get sauce right at your table. You can use as much as you like. I hope penny pinching on a little cup was worth losing good customers. We will never come back, Ever!
