Yeah god forbid you rich scumbags pay people a wage they can live off of. Then again the Drury's wouldn't know anything about what it's like to have to live like a normal person. You're all to busy lording your money over the rest of us, and turning Cape into an eyesore by plastering your political ideologies all over the place.
If you want a job making more money you should go back to school, pay attention this time, and educate yourself. Develop some skills that are worth $15.00 an hour or more. Another alternative is to develop a backbone, get off your lazy azz, and learn a trade skill such as a carpenter, plumber, auto repair, and on and on. There are a great many occupations begging for trained people to do the work needed.

You are at the bottom of the pay scale because you are at the bottom skills, work ethic, and all the other qualities that are required for people to succeed and do well in life. Most likely, all you will ever be able to do is whine and moan, try to form a union and force an employer to pay you three times what you are really worth. You people make me sick.

Don't think the Drury's were always a "wealthy family" comfortable but not wealthy!!

Their work ethic is what has got them where they are today....

Their parents evidently raise a family with good self-esteem.........

Personally.........I am not wealthy.......just wish I had what people think I have....LOL!!!!

Again my work ethic was in my DNA!!!!

Getting down and personal........A couple of my sibling didn't inherit the same DNA! LOL

Truth is Steak and shake is a ripoff. Too much money for the food your get. The old style diner motif is outdated and lame! The chain needs to get with the times. They don't make anything worth $4 to eat in there.
Actually this type of old style diner is returning.......

guess you don't get out much anymore..........

You make a lot of ignorant assumptions about me, an all of them are wrong. But keep fighting for the people that oppress you. I'm sure that will turn out well for you.

Good luck making more money with that attitude. If you want to make a lot more money, start your own business and quit trying to suck the life out of our business. Why would any business pay someone more money if they didn't have to? Not going to happen!
Maybe a business owner would pay their employees a reasonable wage because it's the right thing to do. Not all of us are soulless monsters like the Drury's that only care about money. Those of us that aren't sociopaths don't enjoy taking advantage of people that have no other options, unlike the Drury's who are apparently content with working their employees to death and paying them so little money they can barely make rent much less have money left over for food or gas to get to work.

I don't want to obscenely rich like you. I'm well to do as it is and that's how I like it. Unlike the Drury scum, I don't feel the need to blow God knows how much money plastering my political views all over Cape, so I don't need tens of millions of dollars in the bank.

It's pretty funny how you Drury's have all your sanctimonious religious opposition to abortion all over the city, considering what Jesus himself had to say about the likelihood of a rich man getting into heaven. Your greed may make your short time on Earth enjoyable, but you're not going to like what you find waiting for you in eternity with that attitude.

What's a reasonable wage guest? If you so well to do you should come by Steak 'n Shake and order a value meal so you can tip our waiters and waitresses well instead of blasting our family name on topix . You are a coward.
As far as being against abortion I'm sure we would have agreed to an exception to the rule for your mother. Put that in your sanctimonious pie hole.

never ever speak on behalf of my family name again you ignorant cow brain. You don't have our family values as evidenced by some of your erroneous claims. Also we don't take kindly to that. So watch yourself.

A reasonable minimum wage would be about $10.50 That would be keeping with minimum wages of past decades adjusted for inflation. And I'll say what I please, if the citizens of Cape must be subjected to your holier-than-thou religious posturing all over the city, then you can deal with criticism.

As for cowards, you're the ones that use your money to get what you want at the expense of the people that do the real work. You bleed hard working people dry, and you rich trash don't feel the slightest bit of remorse for it. You're terrified of losing even a little money and you'll ruin as many lives as it takes to stay rich. That's cowardice.

Your last paragraph just reveals the sort of people you are. You don't know what real work is, you don't know anything about how normal people live, you're incapable of even feeling bad about how you're destroying the local economy. You people are less than human, and that's putting it kindly.

For a group that likes to tout your religious objections to abortion, you sure don't live like Christians should.

I think min. Wage should be $50 an hour no lets say $100 an hour and all those ungrateful rich that own those small business that gave you a job should be put in jail how dare them to try to make a profit off the backs of there workers!!! I think we should go communist everyone will be equal no matter how hard you work everyone gets paid the same!!!!!!
