Sonic Employees Fired for Spitting in Drinks

this is a place for no one to eat. i ate at sonic in columbia, s.c. on garner ferry rd. and i got very very sick i throught i was going to die. not only me others said the same the same thing. they will not eat at sonic again. pray over what ever you eat asking God to bless it. that is so nasty what those employees done. they should never be allowed to work in any place that serve food again. that was a to easy way out for them. by being fired. they need some jail time to let them know that they can not play with people lives.

Never heard that but I hate the term "reverse racism" or "reverse bigotry." Black people do not own racist or bigotry. White people are discriminated against because of our color by black people all the time but that isn't newsworthy. We only hear about it on the news if white people harass black people. Nasty .. but you never know whats being did to your food when its cooked and packaged where you can't see whats going on. Look at the resturant report cards and see why some of them get low grades... hands not washed properly, roaches, food not stored properly and on and on. I don't eat out, For one reason .. I don't eat meat, bread, processed foods or sugar and another reason is that I don't trust most of what I've seen working in alot of the resturants. I've seen a grown man playing in his britches, holding onto his manhood as if it was gonna be stolen from him.. and he had on a Burger King uniform at the time.. I'm sorry but thats just NASTY!!!

Spitting is disgusting, and totally unwarranted. Many years ago I'll admit to serving the occasional drunk-n-rowdy customer a variation of the ice cream sundae...

Yup, we'd top the dessert with sweet-n-sour instead of caramel, or barbecue instead of fudge. While the results were certainly vile tasting, they were undeniably as wholesome as any other item on the menu.

I'll also attest the recipients deserved the 'just desserts' they so richly deserved.

What's even grosser is the foodservice grades at Columbia HOSPITALS!! Lexington Medical Center is the ONLY one that didn't have gross stuff. Baptist had RAW SEWAGE leaking into their food storage area from pipes in the ceiling. Palmetto Health Richland had rats in their flour when DHEC inspectors went in their kitchens. How gross is THAT?
None of it surprises me, if you don't want a little extra crunch in your food you better fix it at home!!
