Potassium-rich food 'a life saver'
Millions of lives could be saved every year if people ate more potassium-rich foods such as bananas and cut down on their salt intake, research suggests.

Bananas helped me a lot. I realize it is not stressed enough how healthy this fruit is. It solves most of the problem we have with our health.

potassium / magnesium / zinc and other minerals are extremely important for good health. The right amount along with amino acids and vitamins are the key to good health.
The soils are depleted of the chemical requirements to grow nutritious plants and so mineral, amino acids and vitamins must be obtained in pill form.
