Yogurt fruit salad can help with weight loss

Are you making your own yogurt yet? Easily made in the slow-cooker, yogurt is full of protein, calcium, B vitamins and more, and several recent studies indicate that calcium provides weight loss benefits in both children and adults.
Yes, I make my homemade yogurt all the time. I used the slow-cooker method for a long time ( http://www.easy-homemade-yogurt.com ), but now I am using yogurt from jars, so I don't have to transfer yogurt to containers after it done.
I do make Greek yogurt by using straining yogurt ( http://www.easy-homemade-yogurt.com/Strain-Yo... )for about 4 hours. Or straining the plain yogurt longer to make yogurt cheese, I use yogurt cheese to instead sour cream.
I don't know about making homemade yogurt, sounds interesting! But, yogurt is great for weight loss - not only for the pro-biotic benefit, but calcium! Love it!=)
