Looks like another grease fire consumes the kitchen of this newly opened eatery. Let's open another short-lived dive..........maybe the city encourages this type of stupidity.
Let's open a decent family joint that isn't mexican for a change.

Already not a fan. This "comfort food" is for fat mexicans who won't go there to eat anyway.

Way to support our local businesses, kids. Good grief. I guess you all would rather have another Chilis or Applebees.

love to support our local restaurants... but this one seems confusing... pasta covered in enchilada sauce with a side sandwich with wine anyone?

Is this the only business idea here in NM ?
Food,..Food,..Food,...

I would love to see that some industry comes to NM for good jobs.

I hope for their business that it works good with their cafe, but i think,..there is no reason to close from 2-5 pm,..you will just loose money in this time. Customers dont wanna wait for service.

you're an idiot, most restraunts are dead between 2-5, that lull in customers is money lost, period. You have no clue what you're talking about. Stick to chain restraunts you tasteless hick. Dick cheese.

I live up the road from the restaurant's owner, Binns-Mendoza. Judging from the way she and her family trash their property, I certainly would not eat any food prepared by these slobs.

Before visiting this exciting sounding place, I'm going to wait until they get the liquor license.

There's nothing that cannot wait to be eaten without a good wine or beer to accompany it.

If GVC cannot survive until it secures it's liquor license, grandpaw Binns will have to fork over more cash to keep it afloat.

It's all about the liquor license. Otherwise...be happy with your drive-thru and stay out of the way of the prosperous diners!
