since them backy came in to the South ,,they used the lands of the south,, they sold it to foreigner,
but them foreigner those buy the lands in the south they must be very carefully,
they will loosing their capital,, if south Vietnamese people standing up to reclaiming their lands,,
then those foreigner invested in to the lands and properties development in the south of vn will walk out with nothing,
