Can't comment on their Mexican dishes, but I sure can on their "Cuban" sandwiches. A ham sandwich with ketchup is not a Cuban sandwich. See posts on Pitch Dining website.

Are you REALLY going to say that you know Cuban food better than a Cuban-born chef? I doubt you do.
In any case, the restaurant "heard" you (and possibly others) and adjusted their menu. That's just ONE indicator of their willingness to bend over backward to accommodate their clientele.
