Mercantilism-related culture exchange has popularized the Eastern rice preparation of pilaf.

Today, various chefs across the USA on TV and elsewhere refer to rice pilaf, and we can see how the availability of this dish reveals the human value of the American culinary arts access station, the Food Network.
