Movement is medicine! You have to give time and effort to prevent health issues. If you give time and effort early for prevenetion then you will have to give more later with managing the issue with Dr appts, surgery, meds, etc. Great article - thanks! http://blog.mydiscoverhealth.com/

proper nutrition and exercise can stop you heading towards type ii diabetes. exercise if you already have type ii can help you manage insulin and require less medications.

Good diet with more fiber food and some mild exercise like walking are good for diabetic patients. They should have perfect food control then they can keep the disease in control.

Completely Agreed... Combination of Good Diet and Mild Exercise always work. Excessive eating will only lead to worsening the problem. And in that case even rigorous exercises will not help.

yes, It's clear that doing both aerobic and strength training is superior. Blood sugar is fuel to muscles, and more sugar is burned during aerobic activity. Weight training builds more muscle, and both activities change muscle proteins in ways that enhance the process.
