The bones are playing vital role in our body. So we should protect or save our bone from critical condition.
Take enough calcium everyday without fail
Take enough vitamin everyday without fail
Take healthy and nutrition diet
Exercise daily
Avoid smoking habit
Drink alcohol rarely
Keep home safe
Take medicine to prevent bone loss.

While it is true to a certain extent that taking calcium and vitamin D would be beneficial for maintaining strong healthy bones, this is not enough for everyone and it is no guarantee of that you will be protected from osteoporosis. You should speak with your GP and a nutritionist to find out the best way for you to protect your bones with proper diet.
