I wish that the FDA would require labeling regarding the amount of potassium along with the amount of sodium on all prepared foods and drinks.
People with high blood pressure or renal problems may have to limit both minerals. I have both problems and have been placed onto a low sodium, low potassium, and low sugar diet which limits what I can eat and how much I eat.
A Hearth Healthy Diet is out of the question.
