Do yourself a favor. Get the "homegrown" American Dark: inexpensive but superb Wilbur's semi-sweet chocolate buds from Lititz, Pennsylvania. I don't normally push products, but this stuff is truly outstanding.

I do like dark chocolate......85% is probably best for me.
